Investor Services - How to Sell
FideliTrade trades with metals dealers and refiners throughout the world - which gives us the ability to buy a wide variety of coins and bars. A FideliTrade representative will go over the procedures for selling metal right over the telephone.
- After you open an account, you may place a trade.
- Bullion must be received, inspected and in your FideliTrade account prior to executing a trade
- Call FideliTrade at (800) 223-1080 to get assistance or schedule an appointment. (For quality assurance and security, all calls are recorded.)
- A FideliTrade representative will discuss product receipt, prices, and fees with you
- A FideliTrade representative can assist you with shipping bullion to FideliTrade
- A standardized packing slip is available. It provides shipping instructions and ensures that your bullion is processed promptly and accurately.
- If you are in the Delaware area, you may set up a personal appointment. Appointment hours are Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
- Confirm
- A FideliTrade representative will quote you a price for a specific product and quantity
- FideliTrade does not have a minimum order size. However, minimum fees may apply. See our current fee schedule for more information.
- If the price is acceptable to you, you may place your sell order and "fix" the price
- The representative will provide you with a confirmation number
- A FideliTrade representative will quote you a price for a specific product and quantity
- Complete
- FideliTrade will make payment to you by bank wire ($25 fee) or mail you a company check within three business days after execution of your sell order
- FideliTrade will provide you a Trade Confirmation detailing each trade
- FideliTrade will debit your account for the type and amount of bullion you sold
