Gold is trading at $1,308.60 this morning, down $5.10 to its lowest price in over 2 weeks.  Personal Consumption Expenditures (PCE) data released today,  showed an increase of 1.9% in expenditures for 2018, just shy of the 2% Fed target.  Personal income fell for the first time in 3 years.  US equity markets are up this morning as a trade deal between the US and China looks likelier than it has in weeks.
